Buyer questions
Eight questions buyers ask about the Yamaha WaveRunners VX® Deluxe with Audio, answered from the boats listed on US Marine Connection right now.
On US Marine Connection there are 27 approved listings with prices, all asking between $12,399 and $13,899, with a median asking price of $13,899. Those are asking prices, not what anyone actually paid. Worth noting that every unit listed right now is a 2026 model year, so you're looking at current-year pricing rather than older used machines with wear and hours behind them.
Every one of the 27 priced listings on US Marine Connection is a 2026 model. There are no older years showing at the moment, so if you were hoping to compare a 2026 against a 2022 or 2023 on this site, that option isn't on the board today. All 27 listings include photos, and all of them are categorized as personal watercraft.
No listing on US Marine Connection states an hour figure for this model, so there's no honest number to give you. The descriptions are short, covering model year, the 3-passenger configuration, color and stock number only. If hours matter to your decision, ask the seller directly and have them show you the meter reading before you commit to anything.
Since the listings only state year, 3-passenger seating, color and stock number, you'll need to confirm the rest in person. On any personal watercraft, check the hull for cracks and deep gouges, look in the engine bay for water or corrosion, inspect the pump and impeller for impact damage, test the audio system through its volume range, and verify the hour meter and service records. Confirm the title, registration and trailer situation too.
The listings themselves are brief. They confirm a 3-passenger layout and the audio system that gives this trim its name, plus a BLK/RED color on the units described, each with its own stock number. Anything beyond that, like storage volume, controls or hull details, isn't spelled out in the descriptions on US Marine Connection, so ask the seller rather than assuming a spec that isn't listed.
The listings support that use best. Each one is described as a 3-passenger machine, so a parent plus two kids, or three adults taking turns, fits the seating as advertised. The onboard audio adds to the casual cruising side of things. The descriptions don't mention fishing racks, offshore rigging or any towing gear, so don't count on features that aren't stated.
All 27 priced listings on US Marine Connection are in Covina, California. There are no other cities showing for this model right now, so buyers outside Southern California would be looking at a longer trip or arranging their own way to get one home. All 27 include photos, which at least lets you see the condition before planning the drive.
Pricing is the clearest difference. The VX Deluxe with Audio asks $12,399 to $13,899 with a $13,899 median across 27 listings. The VX Cruiser with Audio has 29 listings at $12,399 to $14,099, same $13,899 median, so they overlap heavily. The VX Limited runs higher at $12,599 to $16,199 with a $14,699 median across 23 listings. All three are 2026 models here, and the listings don't detail feature differences.
Answers are written from approved, priced listings on US Marine Connection— asking prices, not sale prices — and from what the dealers' own descriptions say. Figures in the strip above are live; the answers refresh as inventory changes.
