Joey Bouza is a working musician and the founder of Prospects International, a marketing firm that runs lead and appointment campaigns for dealers across the United States, including the website-lead programs behind a national boat brand's dealer network.
That work is where the numbers on this site come from: watching what people actually pay for used boats, market by market, and which listings move and which sit. The guides and articles here are written from that vantage point, and every price you see in them is drawn live from the listings currently on the site — not from a static chart.

Prices and counts in our guides come from live listings on this site and are recalculated hourly. Where we quote industry-typical figures (transport quotes, survey fees, winterizing, repower quotes) we say so, and we never publish a number we haven't measured or sourced.
